How do I get a Vectis Card?

If you are eligible for a Vectis Card through your benefits scheme, your Vectis Card and information pack will be sent to you.

 

Where can I use my Vectis Card?

For a full list of participating offer venues please visit the 'Find an Offer' section or download the 'Vectis Card' mobile app from the Apple Store and Google Play.

 

Do I need to register my Vectis Card?

No, your Vectis Card is ready to use and does not need to be registered or activated. Simply show the card in participating venues to receive your discount.

 

Can I use my Vectis Card on sale or already discounted items?

You will need to check either the offer page or the retailer's terms and conditions before making purchases with the Vectis Card as the offers vary from retailer to retailer.

 

Do I need to load money onto my Vectis Card?

No, you show the Vectis Card in-store to receive your discount and do not need to load money to it.

 

Why wasn't my card accepted?

Some offers may require you to quote a code or present a voucher as well as your Vectis Card. Without presenting all of the required information, you may in some rare instances not receive your discount. Please check each individual offer information on the 'Find an offer' section or on the Vectis Card App.

 

Who do I get a replacement Vectis Card from if I have lost mine?

Please contact the company who gave you your Vectis Card for a replacement.
